JBC NASE-2C. Nano-Lötstation

Speziell für Anwendungen höchster Präzision. Die ideale Lösung zum Löten und Entlöten von Mikrokomponenten wie 0201-, 0402-, 01005-Chips.

Die Station ist mit der neuen Funktion Temperaturdynamikprofile ausgestattet. Die Verwendung dieser Profile ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Temperatur des Bauteils während aller Phasen des Lötprozesses zu kontrollieren und den Erwärmungsprozess in einem Reflow-Ofen nachzuahmen.

An der Nano-Lötstation können das Nano-Handstück NT115-A und die Nano-Pinzette NP115-A betrieben werden. Der kurze Abstand von der Spitze zum Griff bietet maximale Kontrolle auch bei Verwendung unter einem Mikroskop.

This station comes with the NT115-A Nano Handle and the AN115-A Adjustable Nano Tweezers. The short distance from the tip to the handle offers maximum control even when using a microscope.
